Customized Travel Planning
This service is best for independent travelers and incorporates hotels, activities, dining suggestions, driving directions and more. In addition to making all arrangements for you, I will provide you with detailed information about your trip in a day-by-day guidebook.

Cruises
With a sea of options (pun intended) it can be difficult to choose the right ship, the best destination, the time of year and cabin location. Let me help you sort through the various ships and cruiselines to find you the best value for your budget.

Rocky Mountains
While I handle travel worldwide, I am a destination specialist for the Rocky Mountains. Having spent all of my summers growing up in the heart of Yellowstone National Park and now a full time resident in Montana, I know the most scenic backroads, the unique out of the way lodges and charming little communities throughout the West. I can help you find the best dude ranch or custom design a private journey including lodging, activities and guides to match your interests. When you work with me, you'll receive expert advice, state maps, driving directions and restaurant/activity suggestions bound in a convenient book to bring with you on the road.

The options are endless but some of the most popular destinations are the National Parks such as Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Glacier, Banff, Jasper and Rocky Mountain. My favorite towns are Aspen, Steamboat, Jackson, Whitefish, Stanley, Coeur D'Alene and Bozeman (where I live). As for activities, it's really up to your interests - we have rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding, fly-fishing and even sailing. Not all providers are created equal and I'll set you up with trusted associates so you can be sure to have a wonderful experience every time.

Honeymoons
As soon as the wedding date is decided, it's time to start thinking about your once in a lifetime honeymoon. This can be difficult to do when there are so many other details to consider but this is where I can help! While you focus on the "perfect day", my priority will be planning the honeymoon of your dreams. After we talk about where you might like to go, activities that interest you and budget/length of stay requirements, I'll present you with options that closely match your needs. Once a decision is made, I'll help you every step of the way from working through the logistics and reservations to answering any questions you may have before or during your trip.

Then, it's time to think about paying for the trip. Many couples are opting for travel registry rather than more traditional gifts. As always, your friends and relatives have the option to give you whatever they like but they can also choose to help with your honeymoon expenses. With lots of room for creativity and flexibility, we can custom design a plan that fits your needs. For example, guests might buy specific items such as a snorkeling trip, couples massage, champagne etc. OR they might purchase "gift certificates" in various amounts to use toward your final trip expenses.

Lastly, it can be very time consuming when your 100+ guests start to call you with questions about hotels, what to do nearby etc. For no charge to you, I will be your wedding concierge - just list my contact information on your save the date or invites and your guests can contact me to assist with these arrangements at a minimal charge to them.

Let Caroline show you various itinerary options and talk you through the differences so we can make sure you are matched with the perfect trip for you!
Tours
Sometimes it's nice to join a group of like-minded travelers and have a knowledgeable full time guide who is well versed in the region where you are traveling. I have had the opportunity to meet with many wonderful companies and am very familiar with their specialties and what they each do a little differently. It can be difficult to know where to start but I will show you various itinerary options and talk you through the differences so we can make sure you are matched with the perfect trip for you.

Reservation Management
This is a "no frills" option for a quick getaway or for corporate travelers. If you need to go to San Francisco for example, why not let me make the reservation at a Virtuoso property so you will benefit from the additional amenties and be treated like a VIP. Or lets say you want to head to Colorado for a long weekend ski trip. I can help you pick the best resort and hotel.
